Those auto dark helmets are very nice but they dont come anywhere near the clarity of a good passive shade lens. Theyre also quite expensive and consumables like clear cover lenses are kind of expensive. A 2x4 clear lens might cost 50 cents a piece and the clear lens for that miller is several dollars each. Not to mention the adf in that miller is a couple hundred dollars if it gets damaged or burns out. An okay passive shade lens is maybe $10 - $20. Of course there are way more expensive ones but you have options. Autodark helmets are definitely useful for a lot of stuff but theyre not always the best tool for the job.

Question - What infill % and wall thickness did you use for the center core? My core is printing right now at 50% infill with about 5mm walls.
